By order of the Duke, all of Carniola has been annexed into the government of the Dukedom of Go Cong and the Duke, Kenny Tran, has declared himself King of the new Kingdom of Carniola.
At the same time, the Church of Kha has declared it into a Holy Kingdom with the duke and king Kenny as its patron saint.
