The Duke Kenny Kha-Trong Tran (also known as “Khia”) has decided to restore the historical Chinese-Greco state of Dayuan located in ancient Greece and is annexing the city of Cyropolis (aka Cyreschata from Old Persian: Kuruškaθa). He wishes to create a fiefdom that is loyal to both the Duke and his royal bloodline that will go and become a liason and buffer state of sorts with the former Persian countries found in the middle east.
